The day I visited "La Sagrada Familia"

We were in Barcelona for a week, we did multiple activities such as going to the "La Sagrada Familia" and Park Güell. While in Barcelona we met a lot of our parents' friends including our aunt and older cousins.

We met our aunt and she gave us some sweets. Then we went to a restaurant to have lunch with her at a Spanish restaurant I ate pasta, my brother ate pizza and my mom, dad, and aunt ate paella. Afterwards we went to get ice-cream and I got cookies and cream, my brother got strawberry and I don't remember what my parents and aunt got.

After that as we went back home our aunt bought us some Pokemon card packs for each of us even thought my mom said not to and that she would get us one card pack each. She then had to leave a bit later.

That same day we went to the Sagrada Famillia, the outside of the church was decorated with thousands of statues and scenes sculpted into the building. To get inside we had to go through security similar to that on an airport because the building is extremely culturally and historically important. Inside the building there are thousands of stained glass windows in shapes of flowers and rainbows. The columns where made to look like tree trunks and the top of them had sculpted leaves to make them look like trees. As well the original architect of place is buried under it.

The Sagrada familia has been being built for around hundred years and is still being built!
