We are doing a trip through Europe and our first stop was Barcelona, famous for many things. We visited La Sagrada Família, which is a Basilic/Temple made by Antoni Gaudí.
La Sagrada Família has been built for more than 100 years and is not completely made. There are colored crystal windows & if you realize there are elements with a lion with wings, a bull with wings, an eagle & an angel. The tall columns are made to look like trees.
Gaudi also made Parc Güell, a park inspired by nature. He also built some amazing houses like Casa Batlló, a house whose roof looks like a dragon & Casa Milà, a house that looks like waves or the sand on the beach.
We went to the Picasso Museum where we saw many paintings and other art of this famous Spanish artist. The Science museum was a great place where we saw many things like fossils, animals like a capybara, and a Pixar exposition.
I tasted some food such as bocata de chorizo, which is a spanish sandwich, also some of my mom’s chicken’s paella & ate some delicious frosted cinnamon rolls. I also had the chance to meet my dad’s family.
I really enjoyed this visit and would like to return.
